Echelon Trades Jobs is a free listing and worker-interest service operated by Echelon Reports. Employers make their own hiring decisions. We do not guarantee openings, applications, interviews, or employment.
Jobs and interest forms
We use submissions to operate the jobs service and build the KKS database for company and workforce research. We store the information you send, compare company and license details with available records where practical, and keep unchecked information marked as self-reported. Workers whose work does not require an individual license can submit without one. We accept their trade and experience details as self-reported. Job listings are not public until an administrator checks and approves them. Your contact details and worker form stay private. We do not share worker details with an employer or recruiting partner without your separate permission naming that recipient.
To ask for a copy or deletion of your details, email mike@echelonreports.com. Tell us which form you used and the email address on it. We will verify the request before changing records.
Public listings and private contact information
Approved job details are public and can appear in search engines. Employer contact fields and worker-interest profiles are for authorized administrators. Do not put private contact information in a public job description.
Storage, research and corrections
We store job submissions, employer contact details, and worker profiles on this website and in the KKS database. Echelon Reports and Kore Komfort Solutions use this information to operate the jobs service, maintain company and worker records, and research hiring needs and the trades workforce. The nightly import checks company and license details against records we hold where practical. A record match does not prove the identity of the person submitting the form. Information we cannot confirm stays marked as self-reported or unresolved. We accept information from workers whose work does not require an individual license without requiring an independent check.
An administrator handles verified correction or deletion requests. Changes to your submission carry through to our internal copies on the next successful nightly import. Public records collected independently remain separate from your submission. We review retained submissions and remove those no longer needed for these purposes. There is no automatic retention-based deletion schedule. Older copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
We use a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Hosting security logs may also record connection information. We do not sell worker profiles or automatically add either form to marketing lists.
Applications and other websites
Application links take you to another website. Review the employer’s terms and privacy notice before sending an application. Report suspicious listings to mike@echelonreports.com.
Listing rules
Submit only genuine openings you are authorized to advertise. Provide accurate employment terms and a working application route. Do not charge applicants to apply through this service. We may decline, close, or remove misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, or unrelated listings.
